$50 DEPOSIT FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL ~ Due at time of rental

(ALL EQUIPMENT IS GIVEN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS)

SQUIRT (U10)-$400 PER PLAYER (9 & 10 YRS)

PEEWEE (U12)-$200 PER PLAYER (11 & 12 YRS)

BANTAM(U14)-$800 PER PLAYER (13 & 14 YRS)

MIDGET(U18)-$1,000 PER PLAYER ( 15-18 YRS)

THESE 2025-2026 PRICES INCLUDE 4 TOURNAMENTS AT EACH LEVEL ALONG WITH ADRAY PLAYOFFS AND DISTRICTS/STATES.

A $25 DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL EARLY REGISTRATIONS

*A separate bill will be sent to the email you used at registration. You will be responsible for inputting credit card payments ( or can even set up automatic payments) Check payments may be submitted to P.O. Box 817, St. Ignace, MI 49781 or submitted to the SIHA rink. 

        *Any check payment will be entered into this same invoice as a receipt and running record for you convenience. 

 

3. INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS- 4 installment payments can be made.

**If you choose to pay in full at registration, refunds for any individual fundraising will be processed at the end of the season.

4. ALL DUES FOR SEASON FUNDRAISERS DUE AT START OF SEASON

• Pond Hockey Deposit Check for each individual player of $250 post-dated to March 1st

• $10 per player required for Yeti Fundraiser
