$50 DEPOSIT FOR EQUIPMENT RENTAL

(UNDER 8YRS OF AGE)

RENTAL EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE FOR UP TO U8

SQUIRT (U10)-$400 PER PLAYER (9 & 10 YRS)

PEEWEE (U12)-$600 PER PLAYER (11 & 12 YRS)

BANTAM(U14)-$800 PER PLAYER (13 & 14 YRS)

MIDGET(U18)-$1,000 PER PLAYER ( 15-18 YRS)

THESE 2024-2025 PRICES INCLUDE 4 TOURNAMENTS AT EACH LEVEL ALONG WITH ADRAY PLAYOFFS AND DISTRICTS/STATES.

A $25 DISCOUNT WILL BE APPLIED TO ALL EARLY REGISTRATIONS

HOW TO PAY!

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

1. PAY IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION

2. CHOSE THE *PAY OFFLINE* OPTION

        *A separate bill will be sent to the email you used at registration. You will be responsible for inputting credit card payments ( or can even set up automatic payments) Check payments may be submitted to P.O. Box 817, St. Ignace, MI 49781 or submitted to the SIHA rink. 

        *Any check payment will be entered into this same invoice as a receipt and running record for you convenience. 

 

3. INSTALLMENT PAYMENTS- 4 installment payments can be made.

**If you choose to pay in full at registration, refunds for any individual fundraising will be processed at the end of the season.
